We were born six years ago, in 2020, just a few months before the world changed forever.

Back then, we had no idea what was coming. No pandemic, no closed borders, no empty offices on the horizon. But one thing was crystal clear: we wanted to transform the way people work. We wanted to prove that remote work wasn't an emergency workaround it was a way of life, fully integrated into how we live and operate every day.

From the very beginning, one idea shaped everything we did:

We believed that before the world was forced to.

We saw companies everywhere struggling to find talent, move fast, and build committed teams regardless of distance. That's where we found our place. Through staff augmentation, we've helped companies across multiple countries solve their toughest tech challenges, embedding ourselves into their teams as if we were right there in the room.

Like any beginning, it wasn't smooth. There were hard lessons, course corrections, and tough calls. But once we found our footing, we started to grow and not just in projects or clients. In people.

Over the years, hundreds of professionals have been part of our story. Talented, driven individuals who wanted to build something different. We always kept the human element at the center: belonging, well-being, and creating a workplace where the work itself meant something beyond getting tasks done.

That's why we believe the people who worked with us look back on that time with warmth. Because beyond the deliverables, we built real relationships.

As time went on, we evolved too. We recognized the world was shifting and knew we had to shift with it. Without leaving staff augmentation behind, we began developing our own solutions: custom software, ERP implementations, management systems and especially Odoo projects, which have since become one of our core areas of focus.

Ours isn't just the story of a company that grew. It's the story of a conviction that never wavered: that technology should bring people closer, not push them apart. That work can be remote and deeply human at the same time.
